Every Suit Has Its Own Story
Dear reader,
Today we're starting something special: a series of personal stories behind the custom suits we craft every day at TAILORTECH. No fluff. Just real journeys about riders, their unique visions, and how those visions become reality.
Our mission has always been clear: INSPIRE TO RIDE—and this time we're doing it through unique creations and the stories that shape them.
Every TAILORTECH project begins with a conversation. Ideas exchanged, visions shared between riders and our design and technical teams. Only then do expert hands in our workshop bring those ideas to life.

Emilia’s journey was no different. Like her, dozens of riders reach out to us every day—not just for a racing suit, but for something transformative.
Because when you're on a motorcycle, you're never just riding. You're expressing something deeper—a desire for freedom, an urge for adrenaline, or simply your own personal statement.
After exchanging some initial emails, Emilia flew from Paris to Venice and then drove to Marostica to visit the TAILORTECH showroom, an integral part of our headquarters.
Walking into TAILORTECH isn't like stepping into a shop; it's stepping into a world of craftsmanship. You immediately hear stitching machines humming, smell fresh leather, and see skilled hands carefully placing each stitch, turning leather into performance and personal expression.

Emilia had one specific request: metallic green leather, a color not listed in our usual chart, which features only natural and fluorescent shades. At TAILORTECH, "impossible" is just another challenge. After careful searching, we found exactly the leather she envisioned —hidden away, leftover from a special project we created for a BSB racing team. Paired with subtle gold accents, her X_201 began to take shape.
Measurements followed—22 precise points digitally scanned into a dynamic 3D avatar. Because a suit isn’t just about fit; it’s about intuitively moving with you through every corner, every straightaway. The X_201 proved ideal for Emilia, as its adaptable design seamlessly accommodates the needs of female riders, just as naturally as it fits men.

But racing means testing limits. Emilia’s suit faced two crashes—challenging moments, yet exactly what our suits are prepared for.
Our team meticulously refreshed the airbag, carefully unstitched scratched and damaged sections, and printed new sponsor badges to replace broken ones. Leather panels with structural damage were completely replaced, while slightly scratched areas were carefully repainted by hand. Each stitch meticulously restored by craftsmen who don't merely fix suits—they bring them back to life, ready for the next challenge.
This is Emilia’s X_201. This is TAILORTECH.
